I don’t have a library card. Can I use this service? All Ashland residents and taxpayers are eligible for a free library card. If you’ve had one before but your account has expired, just call us, or email the library, email@example.com and we will get your card renewed. You can also contact us if you’ve lost your card. If you have never signed up, don’t worry – you can get a library card over the phone. You will need your current Ashland address and correct contact information. A library staff member will give you a library card number and verify your information. You will then be able to use the library’s online resources and pickup service. When the library re-opens, you will need to show proof of ID and residency in order to extend your account.
